Pipeline Structural Integrity Analysis
    • Mineração Paragominas S.A (Hydro Norsk): Execution of chemical and mechanical tests, rupture tests, and finite element modeling of pipes based on ASME/API-579 Level 3 standards to verify Fitness-for-Service condition
    • Potiguar E&P S.A (PetroRecôncavo): Structural integrity assessment of pipelines based on anomalies identified through instrumented pig inspection, as well as evaluation of immediate and future integrity, and the probability of failure of geometric anomalies and metal loss, providing recommendations for inclusion in the pipeline integrity management plan
    • 3RPetroleum: Engineering services focused on the structural integrity assessment of the company's onshore pipelines located in the Potiguar Basin through anomalies identified by instrumented pig inspection, as well as evaluation of immediate and future integrity and the probability of failure of geometric anomalies and metal loss, providing recommendations for inclusion in the pipeline integrity management plan
    • PipeWay Engenharia: Analysis of corrosion data in pipeline sections of Petrobras-Bolivia obtained through the passage of MFL-type instrumented pig and issuance of inspection data analysis reports for anomalies and serviceability, in accordance with the integrity assumptions established in ASME B31G – 2012 (R 2017) standards
    • PipeWay Engenharia: Comparison of deformations (bend strain analysis) observed in pipelines with results from previous pig runs, to verify pipeline movement trends, analyze the deformations by applying acceptance criteria, and propose inspection actions for the affected areas
    • Nova Transportadora do Sudeste – NTS: Material testing services (tensile, impact, metallographic tests, chemical analysis, and susceptibility to brittle fracture) performed on samples (trepanning caps) taken from the pipelines
Pipeline Design
    • Intertechne Consultores S.A.: Development of thermo-hydraulic simulations in pipelines connecting the Santa Clara Terminal to Q2RS
    • AP Consultoria e Projetos Ltda.: Development of hydraulic flow studies for pipelines as part of the Conceptual Design of the REDUC-GASLUB Pipeline Logistic System
Gas Pipeline - Class Location Change
    • Nova Transportadora do Sudeste – NTS: Consulting services for the evaluation of class location changes according to ASME B31.8 for all pipelines in the NTS network
    • TAG Transportadora Associada de Gás S.A.: Consulting and technical support services to assist in studies for class location changes of the entire TAG pipeline network, according to ASME B31.9 and ISO 13623 standards
    • GasOcidente: Consulting services for the evaluation of class location changes according to ASME B31.8 and implementation of the pipeline safety management according to AS 2885 standard
Gas Transmission
    • NewFortress Energy: Evaluation of Maximum Gas Supply Capacity from the Gas Sul Terminal through the Interconnection with GASBOL
    • CELSE Centrais Elétricas de Sergipe S.A. (ENEVA): Performing thermo-hydraulic simulations to obtain process data for Natural Gas flow, aiming to provide support for the operational safety analysis of the pipeline connecting the Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) in Barra do Coqueiro (SE) to the TAG pipeline network
Operational Knowledge of Pipelines
    • Transportadora Associada de Gás – TAG: Training and qualification services for employees, engineers, and operators involved in the operation of the pipeline network
    • Nova Transportadora do Sudeste – NTS: Training services for engineers and operators in thermo-hydraulic simulation of pipelines, focusing on the operation of the NTS pipeline network
